Let go and let God

Out of all the situations and possibilities you could have been in, you managed to find your way to this website and felt curious enough to read about me.

Here we are, floating in the same boat heading towards the same destination, I hope this little description can feel relatable in some way. Because you and I are the same, but for a brief moment we take on different suits playing this game on planet earth.

In this life I was born as Clara Fredrica Berggren, in the beautiful scenery of Toscany, Italy. Into a Swedish family working with horses, which made my childhood filled with nature and animals.

Getting closer to my 30s I see how rich it has been so far, I’ve grown to be amazed and feeling a sense of wonder for what this life experience is through my lens.

Understanding through healing processes that painting has been my way of expressing, understanding, and integrating life experiences.

As someone who has been on the search for meaning in most of my adult life I’ve found myself in extraordinary situations through energy healing studies, psychedelic journeys, meditation retreats, festivals, travels and dipping my toes in all sorts of new age spirituality and religions.

With questions like what is the meaning of life? What is my purpose in it? While the exploration of being in flesh continues, so does the art fart journey. May whatever you find here support you on your path.
